I really enjoy cooking. To me cooking is an artistic as well as a culinary adventure.  Now I don't mean to imply that I'm a trained chef with a flair for fancy food and artistic presentation.  I am just a guy who likes to cook & BBQ and share that hobby with family and friends.  I look forward to cooking for this years Doo Dah Surf Day. I'll be serving two versions of my Jack Daniel's Chili, a Veggie version and a good ole pot of Red for the beef eaters!
