Wally-piper~

Walter grew up in Carmel, Ca. Carmel is a fast, hollow beach break that sucked him in at an early age. Carmel also used too host a Highlands Games once a year. The main street of Ocean Ave. would be shut down to allow pipe bands to march up and down. When a young Walter observed how the pipers would get free drinks at the local bars he said to him self "any instrument that can stop traffic and get you free drinks is the one for me." He works at Sony Pictures as an Audio/Video Tech. His costume was made by his wife Judy who is clothing designer.
